Delivery Policy

At Your custom T-BEAR, we want you to receive your products quickly and safely. That's why we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here is our shipping policy for deliveries to EUROPE:

Order Processing Time:

1. Upon receipt of your order and payment confirmation, our team immediately gets to work preparing your package.

2. Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

3. Please note that order processing may take up to 2-3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.

Delivery in Italy :

1. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from shipping date.

2. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any possible delays.

Shipping Costs:

1. Standard delivery in Italy is 5.99€ for all orders.

2. Europe Shipping depending on the country !

3. No shipping charges will be applied for standard deliveries.

4. Please note that customs fees and any local taxes are not included in the shipping costs and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking control :

1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for your package.

2. You will be able to use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery in real time.

Delivery address :

1. Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. We do not deliver to PO Boxes; please provide a physical address for delivery.

3. If you make provide a wrong address to us you can ask for a new shipping paying the price of the new one.
