Non- customized Products: If you purchased a standard, non-personalized product, you are entitled to a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for reimbursement, the product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Defective Custom Products : If you receive a custom product that has a defect or quality problem, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the problem and, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer you the option to have a replacement of the product.

Order Error: If we make an error when customizing the product based on the information you provided, we undertake to rectify the situation. We will offer you product replacement !

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your request and notify you of our decision as soon as possible.

If your request is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.
